Member's feedback score is made up of comments and ratings left by other Beltal members that have bought from or sold. These comments and ratings are valuable indicators of the reputation of every member on Beltal.They are included, along with an overall feedback score, in the member profile.

The feedback system is easy to understand. You receive:

• +1 point to your feedback score for each positive comment and rating left for you.
• 0 points to your feedback score for each neutral comment and rating left for you.
• -1 point to your feedback score for each negative comment and rating left for you.

For example, Lee (56) means that the Beltal member with the Email 'Lee' has received positive feedback for at least 56 transactions that have been completed successfully with other Beltal members.

Before you purchase one item, you should check the Seller's member profile by clicking on the feedback score next to their email. Sellers may also want to view the Buyer profiles to see how reliable they have been during past transactions.

• Always leave feedback after a transaction so that other members may benefit from your experience.
• Usually, a high feedback score and high percentage is a good sign, but it is highly recommended to always check your trading partner's member profile to read comments and look for negative remarks.
• Contact your trading partner through Beltal platform and try to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback.
• You cannot remove Feedback you have left, so please be sure to leave only fair and accurate comments and ratings that relate to a specific transaction you have with your trading partner.
