I want to dispute. What should I do
Most disputes on Beltal arise from simple misunderstandings between the
buyer and the seller. As a result, early and open communication is the
best way to solve the vast majority of disputes.
If you have a
dispute with another Beltal member, here are some steps that you can take
to help resolve the issue:
Try communicating with your
trading partner
| |
Reach out to your trading partner using the communication
services on Beltal platform. You can email your trading partner by
going to the appropriate section of My Beltal and clicking on the
transaction you have a problem with. Addressing the problem early
prevents it from escalating into something more complex, which will
be harder to resolve in the future.
You can check some tips
for communicating with your trading partner to help you resolve
problems as quickly and easily as possible. |
Please note: If your item is
lost or damaged, you should contact the shipping company directly to learn
about the type of coverage they provide.
If you aren't able to work out the problem with your trading
partner directly, Beltal provides some processes that may be able to
help:
- As a buyer who hasn't received goods you paid for, or if the goods
you received were significantly different than the item description, you
can use the Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described process.
- This process enables you to communicate directly with your trading
partner through Beltal site.
