You can close a dispute by yourself if you could make an amicable agreement with the seller as the following two methods:

 

1. The seller may send you a partial refund suggestion to solve problem .Please click “Dispute message” and then click “Agree” button after you check the refund amount ,your dispute will be closed and your money will be released to the seller.

 

2. You also can close your dispute by clicking “agree payment” button if you receive your order and make sure that there is no problem with the item you get. Once you click this button , your money will be released to the seller and your order will be completed.
