How to Receive Customized Orders

If you want the seller to customize orders for you, you could contact the seller directly. After the seller completes the order, Beltal will send the order URL to your email box. Click the URL and check detail information of the order as shown in Figure 1:

You could view the product description, price list, shipping address and so on in figure 1.

If there is any discrepancy, you could contact the seller to revise the order.

If there is no question about the order, you could login in on the page shown blow.

Several login in methods are provided for you:
  1. If you have an Beltal account, you could login in directly.
  2. If you don’t have Beltal accounts, you could create an account on this page.
  3. If permitted, Beltal would automatically generate an account for you. Your email address will be the one that you receive the order. Username will be the part before @. And youwill receive your password in your email box. After these procedures, you could login in and receive the order.
