Dispute Flow

- Dispute Issued: The buyer opens a dispute. When a dispute is opened, we try not to get in too soon and encourage both parties negotiate for a resolution.
- Negotiation:
- 21If the buyer and the seller reach a resolution agreement within 5 business days, the dispute would be handled in accordance with the agreement;
- If no agreement could be reached within 5 business days after the dispute is opened, you may submit the dispute to Beltal Dispute Team for arbitration;
- Submit for Arbitration:
The buyer shall submit the dispute for arbitration if no agreement could be reached within 5 business days after the dispute is opened.
- If the buyer fails to submit the dispute for arbitration within 5 business days as requested, he/she would be regarded to have renounced the pleading right and agreed to payment release.
- If the seller and the buyer could reach a resolution agreement within the 5-day period, the dispute would be handled in accordance with the agreement;
- If no agreement could be reached within the 5-day period, the dispute would be carried on for arbitration.
- Arbitration:
- For items-not-received disputes, the dispute team would bring an outcome of the dispute within 15 business days after it is submitted for arbitration.
- For Items-received-significantly-not-as-described disputes, both the seller and the buyer would be requested to submit evidence to support their statement. Sufficient competent evidence should be submitted within 3 business days as requested. The channel for submitting evidence would be closed in 3 business days. The dispute team would bring an outcome of the dispute within 15 business days after it is submitted for arbitration.
