
1.We suggest you open a dispute when you do not receive the item ordered, or the item received is significantly not as described. You may open a dispute by Click “open dispute”.

2. Choose the dispute reason and describe the problem in details in the dispute message, submit the message and wait for the seller’s reply.

3. Click “view dispute” button to check and reply dispute messages from the seller.

4. If no agreement could be reached between you and the seller within 10 business days after the dispute is opened, you may submit the dispute to Beltal Dispute Team for arbitration.

5. Click “Submit evidence” to submit evidence by Evidence Submitting Channel for a dispute in arbitration.

6. Picture evidence could be submitted via the following channel. Click “Browse” button and upload JPG or GIF documents from your computer. A title, short explanation, or description for the picture evidence is a required.

7. Click “My evidence” button and view the evidence submitted. Add evidence by clicking “Browse” if necessary.

8. You can also view the evidence submitted by the seller by clicking “Seller evidence”.
