
If a third party (neither the buyer nor the seller) fails to track a package via an online tracking system provided by the carrier, the seller bears full responsibility and has to pay all related costs.
1. If the merchandise is held by the customs in respect to product authenticity or product patent right, the seller shall bear full responsibility and pay all related costs.
2. If the merchandise is held by the customs because of combined packaging for more than one orders without the witting of the buyer, the seller shall bear full responsibility and pay all related costs.
3. If the merchandise is not properly delivered because the seller misspelled the shipping address provided by the buyer, the seller shall bear full responsibility and pay all related costs.
4. If the seller fails to deliver merchandise in accord with the shipping requirement of the order, the seller shall bear full responsibility and pay all related costs.
5. If the carrier company fails to deliver the package, the seller should contact the carrier company to resolve the problem. If the seller fails to arrange delivery within due time, to protect buyers' legal interests, Beltal will cancel the order and offer the buyer a full refund.
1. If the item is held at customs because the buyer has not paid related custom duties or obtained necessary import license, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the customs duties and all related costs.
2. If the merchandise is not properly delivered because the buyer proviede an incorrect address or other invalid contact details, the buyer shall bear full responsibility and pay all related costs.
3. If the merchandise is returned because the buyer does not sign for the parcel in time, the buyer shall bear full responsibility and pay all related costs.
4. Should there be an intended fraud by the buyer, The buyer ID in beltal would be banned after investigation and verification. If the buyer offends the law, Beltal will bring in a lawsuit.

Both the seller and the buyer are required to submit sufficient competent evidence including comparison pictures, merchandise description ,conversation reports and other forms of available evidences in 3 business days. Beltal will arbitrate the dispute in 10 business days after receiving submitted evidence.
3. On the understanding that the buyer and the seller agree to merchandise return, Beltal will issue a refund to the buyer as agreed after confirming the returned merchandise has been porperly delivered.
4. Beltal will punish sellers who sells merchandise in breach of product patent or brand right.
1. The merchandise description should include product appearance, ingredient, content, quality, packing, maintenance, post-sale service, place of production, manufacturer name etc. The seller should make explicit explanation concerning essential product factors before the buyer purchases.
2. If the merchandise description is incomplete before payment, the unmentioned product specifications should take international industry or manufacturing standards. No disputes should be initiated by any of the two parties regarding this.
1st, the buyer or the seller may submit the dispute to Beltal for arbitration if no agreement could be reached 14 days after the dispute is opened;
2nd, Beltal will investigate the dispute and both parties are required to provide sufficient competent evidence for defence;
3rd, Beltal makes arbiration decision according to the evidence provided.
