What is Beltal e-Wallet?

Beltal e-Wallet offers a free, simple and secure payment solution where you can pay any Beltal orders with your Beltal account and Beltal e-Wallet password. It allows you to securely add funds via Western Union or Bank Transfer, and withdraw money anytime you want to.

My Beltal e-Wallet ID

You can find your Beltal e-Wallet ID on the "My Beltal e-Wallet" page after you've activated the e-Wallet. Your Beltal e-Wallet ID is unique. You are required to provide this ID in the remark section of the remittance form when you add funds to your Beltal e-Wallt via Bank Transfer or Western Union. With the ID, Beltal staff can identify the money senders and confirm the funds in time.

How to access my Beltal e-Wallet

1. If you haven't activated your Beltal e-Wallet yet, you may access your Beltal e-Wallet from the Bank Transfer payment information page, Western Union payment information page, "My Beltal", or the left navigation bar in the "My Beltal".

2.If you have already activated it, Beltal e-Wallet will appear among payment options when you check out. You may also access "My Beltal e-Wallet" from the left navigation bar each time you log into "My Beltal".

How to add funds to Beltal e-Wallet

After you have activated your Beltal e-Wallet, you can deposit a sum of money into it via Bank Transfer or Western Union. The bank account or the recipient address is the same as the one for offline payment. The only difference is that you are required to provide your Beltal e-Wallet ID in the remark section of the remittance form when you transfer the money.

After the transfer, do please go to your Beltal e-Wallet, enter Add Funds section, and submit your money transfer information. Upon Beltal's confirmation, you will be able to use the money on Beltal.

How to pay with Beltal e-Wallet?

1. Select "Beltal e-Wallet" from the payment options when you check out.

2. You can find the "Unpaid Orders" button in the "My Beltal e-Wallet". Click the button to make payment.

How to withdraw?

You can withdraw money from your Beltal e-Wallet anytime you want. Fill in your withdrawal info if you haven't added any bank account or recipient address yet in the "Withdrawal" section. Submit the amount you want to withdraw from your e-Wallet. Beltal will confirm the submitted information within 2-3 business days. You will receive an e-Mail after we have sent the money to your designated account or address.
