You can contact any Beltal seller by clicking on the "Ask Seller a Question" link in the item page. This feature allows you to send an email to a seller, even if you have not yet purchased the item.
- Beltal is a platform and will act as an impartial judge.
- Buyer or seller may submit to Beltal platform,Beltal carry on the mediation in 7 working days.if no agreement reached, both side should provide evidence in 3 working days. Evidence may expired if not submitted in time. Beltal will arbitrate according to the evidence submitted and make decision in 10 working days.
- For every dispute submitted to Beltal both buyer and seller are required to submit evidence, including tracking document, etc. If any party fails to co-operate, the result may lead to in favor of the other party.

When should I open a dispute?
A dispute is a negociation channel between you and the seller when you have a problem with the purchase.
- Items Not Received: If you do not receive the item you ordered or are provided with an invalid tracking number which does not shows delivery information within due time, you can open a dispute and urge the seller to check with the post office.
- Items Received Significantly Not as Desribed: You can open a dispute if the item received is significantly not as described in the order. You can desribe the problem in details in the dispute message and urge the seller to give resolution proposals. You can also give advice on how to settle the dispute.

- Find your order in question.
- Click on the "Open Dispute" link.
- Give details of the dispute following the instructions in the dispute page.
- Submit the dispute and keep up with the messsage updates.
