
1. After you place an order, you can find it listed in “Active Orders” of “My Beltal”. Choose it and clickPay Now”>if you want to pay for it right away

2. Once an order is paid, the order status will change into “Confirming” which means we are waiting for payment notification from your bank. You can also choose to pay by PayPal, Google Check, West Union, e-check or other payment resolution agents. All payment methods are safe with Beltal. PayPal supports instant remittance for credit card or debit card. If you pay by bank transfer, West Union or cheques, it usually takes 3-4 days or longer.
3. Beltal will verify your payment in one business day after receiving your payment. Payment by Western Union or Cheques may take 3-4 business days to confirm. Once your payment is confirmed, the payment status will change into “Pending” which means the seller would be notified to arrange delivery within due time.

4. Once the seller starts arranging delivery, the order status will change into “Processing”. The seller should ship the merchandise before due time.

5. After the seller sends the item, the order status will change into Shipped .You can track delivery with the tracking number and tracking method provided in.

6. If you receive the right item, please click”Agree Payment” and the payment will be released to the seller in two business days.
Notes:

7. If you neither click "Agree Payment". for payment release or open a dispute three days after the merchandise is properly delivered, we will send you a confirming notification for advice. If we receive no reply from you in three business days, you are regarded to have agreed to payment release.

8. If you receive an item significantly not as described, please open a dispute for the order. You can click “Open Dispute” at the end of the list and describe the problem in details. The order status will change into “disputing” after you open a dispute.

9. We suggest the buyer and the seller have good communication and get the problem solved before Beltal Dispute Team intervene in. You can give your resolution advice or urge the seller to provide problem-shooting proposal for the dispute. You can choose to “ Agree” or “Refuse” the seller’s proposal.

10. If no agreement could be reached 10 days after the dispute is opened, you can submit the case to Beltal Dispute Team for arbitration.

12. When a dispute is resolved, the order status will show as “Completed” which means the seller would receive payment as agreed.

13. You may want to leave feedback for a successful order.

14. There are three ratings you may in a feed back for seller, namely "positive", "neutral", "negative". You could also give concrete description in the "Comments" column as follows:
