Return Procedure

Shipping back procedure for disputing solution

  1. The buyer should arrange merchandise return only when it is agreed by both the buyer and the seller. If no agreement could be reached between the two parties, a merchandise return may be made according to Beltal's arbitration clause.
  2. The seller should provide the buyer explicit address, addressee name and telephone number for merchandise shipping back.
  3. The buyer should ship the item to the given address and provide the tracking number, shipping company’s name and website for delivery tracking.
  4. The buyer should send an E-mail to Beltal requesting for the agreed refund when the returned item is properly delivered.
  5. Beltal will arrange refund within two business days after confirming the item has been properly delivered.

Notice:

  • If the rejected merchandise is not properly delivered because the seller fails to provide correct address and related contact details, the seller should bear full responsibility for all related loss. The buyer should submit sufficient competent evidence as a proof. Beltal will refund the buyer within two business days after verification .
  • If the rejected merchandise is not properly delivered because the buyer fails to fulfill correct address and related contact details provided by the seller, the buyer shall bear full responsibility for all related loss.
  • If the rejected merchandise is not properly delivered in one month and the buyer fails to provide valid tracking number within two business days after Beltal's inquiry, the payment will be released to the seller.

Obligation for merchandise return:

  1. Buyer’s responsibility
    If it's on the buyer's account that the merchandise is returned, the buyer should compensate the seller for the shipment cost and pay for rejected merchandise shipping back.
  2. Seller’s responsibility
    If it's on the seller's account that the merchandise is returned, the seller should pay for rejected merchandise shipping back.

 

Note:

Return shipment should not be arranged before a responsible party for return shipment cost is selected.

Return shipment should not be arranged before the buyer gets the correct address and contact details of the seller.
