If the buyer is not satisfied with the item received and the status of the order is shipped, she/he could communicate with the seller to provide related evidence and requirement of reasonableness. After the both parties reach an agreement, the seller could offer a refund without disputing state,the specific operation showed on buyer’s page is as follows:

 

After the seller offers a refund suggestion,buyer could click 【Message】tab on [my orders] page,please refer to inset

 

You could click 【agree】or【refuse】button after checking the seller’s refund suggestion. When you click 【agree】, the confirming window will popup:

 

 

After clicking 【OK】, the page will show as follows:

 

 

It means that you have accepted the seller’s refund suggestion, the status of the order is completed. You will receive your refund in 2 working days.
