1. You can transfer your order to a new seller who can ship your product if you find that the previous seller has not shipped your order in a proper time. You can find a sentence under your overdue order, click “Get help” and then you can take action for this order.

 

2. You can find three options after you click “get help”, click the last option and then click “submit” button.

 

 

3. Your request will be submitted to Beltal and our staff will pass your application.

 

 

4. When a new seller accepts your order, your seller name will be changed and you can communicate with the new seller.
