Before you purchase one item on Beltal, it is recommended to check the
Seller's member profile and view feedback comments and ratings that other
Buyers left for that Seller. You can find the Seller's feedback at the
top right corner in the product detail page. When you see a Seller's
Email, such as Lee (75), you can click on the number (known as the
feedback score) to go directly to the seller's member
profile.
Usually, a high feedback score and high percentage is a
good sign, but you should always check your trading partner's member
profile to view feedback comments and ratings left by others, keeping an
eye out for any neutral and negative remarks.
You may also check
the Power Seller Indicator. Seller's Power Indicator (SPI) is given
automatically by Beltal system according to seller's transaction volume.
The high score a seller has, the more competitive the seller is. You can
find it just below the Feedback score of a Seller in the Product details
page.
