Dispute Process
1.If you are not satisfied with the seller ,you may open a dispute when the item be in shipped.
2.When you click "Open Dispute", the page shows as follows。 These are two disputing reason you may choose, you also can fill in the detail reason in "Message". Click Submit entre next step.
3.The status of the order change from "shipped" to "disputing".
4.Click "View Dispute Message", you may receive the message which the advice from the seller to resolve this dispute. There be "Agree" and "Refuse" you can choose.

5.If you don't agree the advice from the seller, you may click "Refuse" and you also may send the message to the seller to consult.
6.The seller may send a new advice to you again, If you agree his new advice, you may click “Agree” in order to close this dispute. Our Beltal will give you a refund in two working days.
