Return Procedure

Shipping back procedure for disputing solution


1.Seller and Buyer agree to return product, or claim submitted to Beltal for Arbitration,Beltal decide according to both side’s proof.

2. Seller should provide detail shipping address and telephone number for shipping back.

3. Buyer should ship the product to seller’s shipping address; provide the correct tracking number and shipping company’s name
    and website for tracking.

4. When buyer tracked the returned product delivered, buyer should send email to beltal to ask for refund issued.

5. Beltal will issue refund according to the information and proof provided.

               Notice: If seller provides wrong shipping address, after beltal’s investigation, full refund will be issued to buyer.
                             If buyer provides wrong tracking information, after beltal’s investigation, money will released to seller.

Obligation for shipping back:



1. Buyer’s responsibility
    If shipping back occurred because of buyer’s responsibility, buyer should pay the total shipping freight include shipping and return.

2. Seller’s responsibility
    If product significantly not as described and shipping back occurred, seller should pay the freight return back.
