Disputes
At Beltal.com, most of the disputes come from the misunderstanding between the sellers and buyers. Therefore, we hope the seller and buyer communicate with each other frankly as soon as possible. You might submit to our
Beltal if no agreements reached after 14 days the dispute opened, Beltal will arbitrate according to proof provided by both side.
Guidelines
1.Beltal is a platform and will act as an impartial judge.
2.Buyer or seller may submit to Beltal platform,Beltal carry on the mediation in 7 working days.if no agreement reached, both side should provide evidence in 3 working days. Evidence may expired if not submitted in time. Beltal will
arbitrate according to the evidence submitted and make decision in 10 working days.
3.For every dispute submitted to Beltal both buyer and seller are required to submit evidence, including tracking document, etc. If any party fails to co-operate, the result may lead to in favor of the other party.
Responsibility of the seller disputes
Tracking number is invalid
If a third party (neither buyer nor seller) fails to track a package via an online tracking system provided by the carrier, the seller bears full responsibility and has to pay all related costs.
The package held at the customs
If the item is retained for reasons bearing to copy right, the seller is responsible for the refund and has to pay all the related costs.
Custom duties may incur when a seller ships several orders to a buyer in one lot. In this case, the seller bears full responsibility and pays all related costs.
If the seller misspelled the shipping address, the seller is responsible for paying shipping fees and related costs.
If the carrier company fails to deliver the package, seller should contact the carrier to resolve the problem.
If the seller fails to deliver as the shipping requirement in order. The seller should take responsibility and has to pay all the related costs.

2nd,Beltal will investigate this dispute.
3rd,Punishment the seller according to the above situation and show the result.
Responsibility of the buyer disputes
If the item is held at customs because the buyer has not paid the related custom duties, or obtained the necessary import license, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the customs duties and all related costs.
If there is a mistake in the address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees and related costs.
Because of not singed by buyer in time and the goods returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees and related costs.
If there be a evil intention cheat of the buyer,Beltal will ban the buyer in beltal,if offend the law,Beltal will bring in a lawsuit.

Other reason dispute
The goods received significantly not as described
Both seller and buyer require to submit evidence, including shiping documents, etc in 3 working days. Beltal will arbitrate in 10 working days after received the valid evidence.
In case buyer and seller agree to return goods, after the goods confirmed delievered,Beltal will issue refund to buyer.
Beltal will punish the seller sell goods that breach intellectual copy right.
Supplement
1. The product description should include appearance, ingredient, content, quality, packing, maintenance, post-sale service, habitat, manufacturer name and so on and explain the necessary essential factor when sell the
goods.
2. If the seller do not describe the goods completely, it should take the similar product national standards, industry standards or manufacturer standard, both two part have no dispute regarding this.
