How can I trust the seller?
At the product page, you can find the seller score and the star icon which display selle's reputation and transaction history at Beltal. This score and icon can let you know seller better.
Where can I find the most at low wholesale prices?
To compare the price ,at every search result or category list of products on the right top, there is Sort By fram, click and select Price:Lowest First ,the products will listed by price from lowest to highest.
What if a misunderstanding occurs - who will help me solve it?
If you encounter a problem at any time during your transaction, Beltal is happy to help you solve it. We keep in close contact with our customers and have established a process to deal with any disputes.
Order Procedure:
1.Buyer Place Order
You place an order at www.beltal.com.
2.Buyer Pay Beltal
When you make a payment to Beltal, we will hold the payment until you authorize us to release the payment to the seller.
3.Seller Ship Merchandise
Once your payment is received, Beltal will need approximately 1 working day to confirm your payment. After your payment is confirmed, we will notify the seller and check if he can accept the order. If the seller accepts the order, he needs to prepare the merchandise within the specified processing time. Once the merchandise is shipped, you will be notified with the tracking information by email.
4.Buyer Accept Merchandise
When you receive the merchandise, remember to carefully check the quality and quantity of the item(s).
5.Beltal Pay Seller
If you are satisfied with the merchandise, please visit "My Beltal" and click the "Agree Payment" link so that we can release the payment to the seller. You are also encouraged to leave feedback.
