You can learn about sellers by:

• Reviewing the seller's feedback, the Power Seller Indicator and member profile
• Asking the seller questions
• Viewing the seller's other items

Review feedback and user information in the member profile.

Check a seller's feedback before you make one order. If a Seller has no feedback or abundant negative feedback, contact the seller before purchasing.
You may also check the Power Seller Indicator. Seller's Power Indicator (SPI) is given automatically by Beltal system according to seller's transaction volume. The high score a seller has, the more competitive the seller is. You can find it just below the Feedback score of a Seller in the Product details page.

Ask the seller questions

Ask the seller with questions by clicking the "Ask seller a question" link.

View the seller's other items

You can learn about sellers by viewing their other active listings. Does the seller offer a wide variety of items, or specialize in one specific type of collectable? To find other items the seller offers, click the "view seller's other items" link on any product detail page.
