Receiving your item

When you receive your item, inspect it directly to make sure it matches the description in the seller's listing. Do not accept the goods if the items does not match your order. Next, leave the seller feedback about your experience buying this item and your satisfaction with the purchase.

If something is unsatisfied, please consider contacting the seller. Do not sign the airway bill if problem is founded on the spot. Most times it is just simply a misunderstanding and the seller will be glad to provide significant services.


Waiting for your item

  • When a seller ships an item to you, the seller might let you know how long you should expect to wait.
  • If your item is taking longer to reach you than you'd expected, you can contact the seller and ask about the shipment.
  • If you don't receive your item after the seller said it would arrive, please do contact the seller.
