To respond any feedback you receive, no matter it is positive, neutral or negative:

• Go to the "Feedback" page in My Beltal.
• At first sight, you will see the transactions that are waiting for you to leave feedback. If you take a look at the icons under the Action column, there you will be able to see for which transactions you have received feedback and the rating your trading partner gave to you. When you click over the Star icon you will then be able to respond to the comment.
