complete explanation and complete e-mail title.
A case can only be reported once. Several emails for the same
case will low down the investigation speed.
Tips:
Beltal will consider the violation behavior and the
transaction history of the user before actions are taken.
The penalty includes formal warnings, temporary freezing of
accounts or suspension.
If the report can not be verified, Beltal will not take any
actions.
Beltal would not discuss the investigation results with people
who report the issue due to privacy issues.

Rules
Please make sure that you are familiar with
the products listing rules before you list any products. If your
products suit the community standard and guidelines, your products
selling process will be a safe and interesting experience. Violation
of Beltal's Products Listing Rules will result in discipline and
punishment. The punishment could include formal warnings, the
cancellation of all illegal listings, and even temporary freeze or
indefinitesuspend of user account.

If you want to
sell goods to users in other countries, you need to ensure that your
transactions do not violate the law applicable to such sale. These
laws are often times complicated, depending on the issues involved
in these items and their countries where the seller and the buyer
are resided.
Ensure compliance with the laws
Beltal
recommend that your listed items and transactions are in compliance
with the laws of your and the buyers' host country. Beltal can not
give legal advice to your specific transaction, users are
responsible for ensuring their transactions are legitimate. Thus, in
order to avoid legal problems, Beltal strongly recommend that users
should not only be familiar with their own laws, but also should
bear in mind the laws in the country that they wish to conduct
transactions.
Goods must comply with the legal export
legislations
Please ensure that the items you intend to sell
from your where you reside have legitimate export permit. Certain
items may require special export permits, or may even be prohibited
from exporting.
Ensure the products that you intend to sell
are not subject to Chinese law or regulations as restricting or
prohibiting. Please request to the local customs authorities'

If you plan to have bulk sale with members in other countries',
or if you are involved in high-value transactions or transactions
for goods which are under highly supervision, you should make a
clear investigation, or hire experts when necessary to ensure that
your transactions comply with all applicable laws. You are often
required to complete these documents for transaction.
