Securing your account and reporting account theft

1  Request a new Beltal password, just enter your Email Address on this page, then you will receive an email that gives you instructions in order to create a new password. You can refer to the section create and protecting your Beltal password
2  If you are still unable to change your password, make sure that your account email address is correct then check the spam filter, the email from Beltal may be blocked in it.
3  Verify your personal billing and shipping information registered on your Beltal account, check all the information and change anything that isn't correct.
4  We encourage you to be cautious when responding to any email request for sensitive personal information. Educate yourself on how to recognize and report spoof email and Web sites impersonating Beltal.
