Beltal service aims to help international buyers identify trustworthy sellers in China from which they can buy safely. Beltal aims to help good sellers by showing buyers that they can be trusted with quality products, good prices, and excellent services. Beltal service provides assistance by facilitating communication and proving services in order to protect against fraud.

Disputes over items not received or received but significantly not as described can usually be resolved by direct communication between buyers and sellers. To help transaction partners reach a resolution, Beltal provides an online process where buyers and sellers can communicate with each other.

What Beltal does to help you during a dispute?


If a suspicious activity is reported, Beltal will notify, suspend or sanction accounts that violate Beltal policies. Beltal facilitates dispute resolution by providing members with ways to report and follow their disputes opening an item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described dispute between 10 and 60 days after the transaction date (the date when the listing closes and the buyer commits to buying the item and the seller commits to selling it).

Beltal would never take action on a member's behalf and would never contact directly a member. And above all, Beltal will never force a member to live up to his or her obligation.
