Order processing was slow and then after on two weeks of use of the two cell phones, operation of both became difficult as they would seem to freeze-up like a computer with bad programing.

FAke products Totally different between description and actual products selling FAKE phones when i received my item i found that they are not original phones as stated in the listing; they are fake ones it has none of the phone features as was stated in the listing, and the box of one of the phones was ceompletely damaged and is useless. i am certain the the seller understands what they have listed, because he has several listings for similar items; some listings say "nokia style n95" and other listings say "original nokia n95". this seller is misleading. i have also tried to reach this seller in order to communicate with him to find a solution to this big problem, however he fails to respond to me.
i paid almost $400 and igot $70 refunded from beltal never ever trust this seller. BEWARE

I was very dissatisfied when i recieved my merchandise from this seller. I bought 5 mp3 players that were advertised as Ipods. First of all, they didn't scroll, the on/off button was backwards, you could hardly read the screen, and only one ear phone worked. They were pictured inside the same ipod cases as you would purchase them in any U.S. stores. I could have returned my merchandise, but that didn't gaurantee i would get my full refund and i was spending more money sending it back. Beltals arbitration in this case was a joke!!! I won't go into detail but don't trust them. I paid $181.00 for these and recieved $35.00 in return. The seller wasn't intirely honest about the product he was selling to me and make certain you know of the product you're receiving (SEND MESSAGES AND ASK QUESTIONS!!!) because Beltal doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

Bush168 is selling FAKE Ralph Lauren shirts. The picture advertised in the auction says Ralph Lauren on the inside tag, upon receiveing the shirts, they did not say Ralph Lauren anywhere on the tag. I received different shirt than in the auction picture. The polo on the front was even poorly stitched. No response for 2 months from seller, then he admitted they were fakes after I purchased them. No refund of any kind. Why sell something saying it is Ralph Lauren when It is not. BEWARE!!!!!! Beltal said they would refund $25.00 off the $108 I paid-what a joke-And Beltal did nothing to help me on this. BEWARE!!!!!!

i ordered a 32gb ipod touch, and on the day i received it it was totally crushed. i contacted the seller and he requested that i send him pics showing the condition of the device which i did. after getting no further response for several days i sent a complaint ticket to beltal hoping that the seller would at least agree to send another product, but they instead gave me a refund for $15.00 when i spent over $85.00, they even had the nerve to ask me to purchase another item stating that they would then send me another for free. what they failed to understand was that i still would be paying them for the product twice. i did everything in my power not to give this seller a negative feedback, but this seller's policy is unfair, and buyers beware!
